    描述:

    无表面活性剂的动物细胞/组织总蛋白提取试剂盒,由优化细胞裂解液和0.6 ml离心管柱组成,能够迅速从动物细胞(昆虫/哺乳动物等)和组织(无脊椎动物和脊椎动物)中提取无表面活性剂的总蛋白。试剂盒中的裂解液不含任何表面活性剂和EDTA。离心管柱技术提取蛋白质,样品量最小可处理20ul,最大可达500ul。从细胞/组织中提取总蛋白质操作时间小于5分钟,得率可达1-5mg/ml。
    应用:

    提取的蛋白质样品可以应用于蛋白质组学(液相色谱/质谱),IP,ELISA,2D分析,等电聚焦,SDS-PAGE, immunoblottings等。

    特点:

    1、速度快操作简单;

    2、小样本量:最小可处理20ul;

    3、无蛋白丢失,高得率;

    4、无需超声处理, 煮沸, 或反复冻融;
