    Minute™ Lipid Raft Isolation Kit for Mammalian Cells/Tissues

    描述:

    脂筏是富含高水平胆固醇和鞘磷脂的微质膜结构域。脂筏涉及许多细胞过程,包括但不限于信号转导,膜运输和蛋白质分选。脂质修饰的蛋白质和一些跨膜蛋白质集中在脂筏中,而其他蛋白质被排除在外。脂筏还与质膜上的Na+ / K+ ATP酶相关。传统的脂筏分离方法使用蔗糖密度法或OptiPrep密度法,采用超高速离心法分离,需要大量的起始样品,而且该方法繁琐、耗时。为了克服传统方法的缺点,我们利用离心管柱技术开发了这款简单、快速的脂筏分离试剂盒。首先将样品的总膜组分分离,然后用含有非离子表面活性剂的缓冲液处理,最后使用台式离心机离心分离耐表面活性剂组分。整个过程无需使用密度梯度和超高速离心,可以在90分钟内从培养的细胞/组织中高度富集脂筏。
