    描述:

    内质网是连接核膜和质膜功能的主要膜结构。内质网在真核细胞蛋白转运的胞外途径中起重要作用。在细胞质中合成的蛋白质被运送到内质网,囊泡将蛋白质运送到高尔基体,然后与质膜融合。传统分离内质网的方法是基于密度梯度超离心,需要大量的起始样品,方法繁琐,耗时,交叉污染严重。目前,所有内质网分离的商用试剂盒都是基于上世纪70年代开发的方法。与市场上的内质网分离试剂盒不同,我们的内质网分离试剂盒使用离心管柱技术,简单、快速,只需少量的起始培养细胞或组织,不需要使用杜恩斯匀浆管和超高速离心,就能从培养的细胞/组织中分离出天然ER(主要是粗面内质网)。整个操作可以在大约2h内完成。
