    描述:

    单细胞分离试剂盒由优化的组织裂解缓冲液和特制的2.0ml离心管柱组成。可以快速的从新鲜/冷冻/甲醛固定的动物组织中分离单细胞。组织裂解缓冲液中不含任何蛋白酶,对细胞表面标记物检测无不良影响。由于使用带孔径的离心管柱技术,可从新鲜或固定的组织中快速高产提取单细胞悬浮液。提取的单细胞可用于染色体免疫共沉淀(ChIP)和FACS分析。单细胞悬浮液也可用于分离/纯化DNA,RNA,蛋白和其他细胞组份。
